Terms & Conditions – Guide Channel

1. Eligibility

• Users must be 18+ and possess a valid government ID.
• Guides must submit verification documents and local knowledge proof.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be prepaid via EarnOn Wallet.
• Cancellation policy is subject to guide terms; refunds processed within 7 working days.

3. Guide Responsibilities

• Provide accurate listings, timely communication, and be present at the agreed time/location.
• Must respond to SOS alerts and follow platform safety protocols.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• Must respect local laws, cultural practices, and the guide’s time.
• Should use the chat and SOS system responsibly.

5. Content Ownership

• Photos, videos, and descriptions uploaded by users remain their property but may be used by EarnOn.ai for promotional purposes with credit.

6. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fake information, harassment, or violation of platform policies
