Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how Users may access and use the EarnOn.ai platform and services, across our website, our iOS and Android apps, and our Progressive Web App (“PWA”). This Policy forms an integral and binding part of the EarnOn Terms of Service and applies to all Users, without limitation.

By accessing or using EarnOn.ai, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Purpose and Objectives of This Policy

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to:

•             Protect users from harm, abuse, fraud, and illegal activity

•             Preserve the integrity, reliability, and security of the EarnOn platform

•             Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

•             Establish clear behavioral and operational standards

•             Enable fair, transparent, and lawful monetization

•             Define enforcement actions for violations

EarnOn is a technology platform and marketplace facilitator, not a content producer or service provider, consistent with the “Role of the Company: Platform Aggregator, Not a Guarantor” provisions in the Contract between Fan and Creator. Accordingly, users are solely responsible for their conduct, content, transactions, and legal compliance.

2. Scope and Applicability

This Policy applies to all forms of access and usage, including but not limited to:

•             Website usage

•             Mobile applications and the PWA

•             Creator dashboards

•             eWallet and payout systems, including EAON

•             APIs and integrations

•             Promotional, referral, and business tools

•             Content uploads, live streams, chats, Bookings, and other interactions

This Policy applies to all user categories, including:

•             Visitors

•             Subscribers (Fans)

•             Creators

•             Referrers

•             Business and Enterprise Users (including Brand Hub Marketplace participants)

•             Agencies and managed accounts

3. Definitions

For the purpose of this Policy, and except where otherwise defined below, terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service:

•             “Platform” means the EarnOn.ai website, applications, dashboards, APIs, and services.

•             “User” means any individual or entity accessing EarnOn.

•             “Creator” means a User offering Content or services.

•             “Subscriber” or “Fan” means a User purchasing or accessing paid Content or services.

•             “Content” means any text, image, video, audio, live stream, file, or data.

•             “eWallet” means EarnOn’s closed-loop digital wallet system, as described in the Terms of Service, Section 10. References elsewhere to a “Wallet” mean the same thing.

•             “Violation” means any breach of this Policy or applicable law.

4. General Principles of Acceptable Use

Users must use EarnOn:

•             Lawfully

•             Honestly

•             Transparently

•             Respectfully

•             Consensually

•             Without causing harm to others or the Platform

Users must not attempt to bypass, exploit, or undermine EarnOn’s systems, safeguards, or policies.

5. Lawful Use Requirement

Users must not use EarnOn to engage in or facilitate:

•             Any activity prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law

•             Criminal enterprises or illegal transactions

•             Money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions violations

•             Sale or promotion of illegal goods or services

EarnOn reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required by law.

6. Prohibited Content Categories

The following Content is strictly prohibited on EarnOn:

6.1 Content Involving Minors

•             Any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or inappropriate content involving minors

•             Any depiction of a person under 18 in a sexualized context

•             Any attempt to misrepresent age or identity, including to circumvent the identity and age verification described in the Terms of Service, Section 7

Zero tolerance applies. Such violations result in immediate termination and reporting to NCMEC, Indian law enforcement, and other competent authorities as required by law, consistent with the Terms of Service, Sections 6–8.

6.2 Non-Consensual Content

•             Content recorded or shared without the clear, informed consent of everyone appearing in it

•             Revenge content, coercion-based material, or blackmail

•             A deepfake or other manipulated media depicting a real, identifiable person in an intimate or sexually explicit context is prohibited unless that specific person has given informed consent to its creation and distribution on EarnOn — consent from the Creator alone is not enough. Manipulated media that isn’t intimate or sexually explicit must still be clearly disclosed as AI-generated or manipulated, consistent with the Terms of Service, Section 16.

6.3 Violence and Extremism

•             Threats or glorification of violence

•             Extremist propaganda or recruitment

•             Terrorist content or ideology

6.4 Hate and Discrimination

•             Hate speech or harassment based on protected characteristics

•             Content encouraging exclusion, violence, or dehumanization

6.5 Fraudulent or Deceptive Content

•             False claims about services or outcomes

•             Fake identities or impersonation

•             Misrepresentation of credentials or qualifications

6.6 Explicit Content and the Exclusive Channel

EarnOn’s general Platform is not designed, curated, or promoted as an adult-content platform. Content that is sexually explicit or depicts nudity (“Explicit Content”) is never permitted in a profile photo, avatar, header image, general feed post, or any placement outside EarnOn’s age-verified Exclusive Channel, as described in the Terms of Service, Section 8. EarnOn’s moderation engine automatically detects and routes Explicit Content into the Exclusive Channel regardless of how a Creator labels it; deliberately mislabeling Explicit Content to keep it outside the Exclusive Channel is itself a serious violation of this Policy.

App store restrictions. Because Apple and Google prohibit sexually explicit content in native mobile apps, the Exclusive Channel is not displayed within EarnOn’s native iOS or Android apps. Verified 18+ Users access it through the mobile or desktop web version of EarnOn (including the PWA) instead. Creators must not attempt to circumvent this by disguising Explicit Content as non-explicit within the native app, or by linking from the native app to off-platform hosting of Explicit Content.

7. Creator-Specific Acceptable Use Obligations

Creators must additionally comply with the following:

7.1 Content Ownership and Rights

Creators must:

•             Own or have legal rights to all uploaded Content, and not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights (see our DMCA Takedown Policy for how infringement complaints are handled)

•             Ensure all participants are adults (18+), consistent with the Terms of Service, Section 6

•             Maintain documented consent for any Co-Authored Content, as required by the Terms of Service, Section 14

7.2 Accurate Representation

Creators must:

•             Accurately describe services and Content

•             Disclose limitations, conditions, and exclusions

•             Avoid misleading pricing or access claims

•             Label Advertising Content and AI Generated Content as required by the Terms of Service, Sections 15 and 16

7.3 Service Delivery Standards

Creators must not:

•             Accept payment without intent to deliver

•             Abandon paid commitments, including confirmed Bookings, Custom Content Requests, or Greetings (see the Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Policy)

•             Manipulate users through false urgency or coercion

8. Subscriber and Buyer Responsibilities

Subscribers must not:

•             Abuse refund systems

•             Harass or threaten Creators

•             Attempt chargeback fraud

•             Record or redistribute paid Content

Unauthorized redistribution may result in legal action.

9. Platform Integrity and Security

Users must not:

•             Scrape, crawl, or harvest data

•             Use bots or automation without authorization

•             Introduce malware or malicious code

•             Attempt to reverse-engineer platform systems

•             Interfere with payments, eWallets, or moderation tools

10. Off-Platform Circumvention

Users may not:

•             Divert transactions off-platform

•             Share external payment links to avoid fees

•             Facilitate meetings or services outside EarnOn for paid activity

Such actions undermine platform trust and may result in termination.

11. Financial Abuse and eWallet Misuse

Prohibited activities include:

•             Chargeback abuse

•             Payment fraud

•             Money laundering

•             Using eWallets or EAON for prohibited transactions

•             Attempting to transfer eWallet balances or EAON to another User unlawfully (EAON and eWallet balances are non-transferable by design, as described in the Terms of Service, Sections 10–11)

EarnOn may freeze or forfeit balances linked to violations, consistent with the strict KYC enforcement provisions in the Terms of Service, Section 7.

12. Reporting and Cooperation Obligations

Users must:

•             Report known violations

•             Cooperate with investigations

•             Provide truthful information when requested

False reports or abuse of reporting systems may result in penalties.

13. Enforcement and Consequences

EarnOn may take the following actions, at its discretion:

•             Content removal

•             Visibility reduction

•             Feature restriction

•             Temporary suspension

•             Permanent account termination

•             eWallet freezes or forfeiture

•             Legal escalation

Actions may be taken with or without prior notice, depending on severity, consistent with the Terms of Service, Section 18.

14. Repeat Violations and Zero-Tolerance Offenses

Certain violations result in immediate termination, including:

•             Child exploitation

•             Severe fraud

•             Violent threats

•             Repeated policy abuse

15. Appeals and Due Process

Users may appeal enforcement actions under the EarnOn Appeals Policy, subject to eligibility and timelines. Abusive or repetitive appeals may be rejected.

16. No Waiver

Failure to enforce this Policy does not waive EarnOn’s rights to enforce it later.

17. Policy Updates

EarnOn may update this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
