Booking, Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Scope
This Policy governs all bookings, cancellations, refunds, eWallet settlements, disputes, and related transactions conducted through the EarnOn.ai platform.
By booking or providing services on EarnOn.ai, users and creators agree to be bound by this Policy, the Terms of Service, eWallet Terms, and other applicable platform policies.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed immediately upon successful payment through the EarnOn.ai eWallet.
Once confirmed, the selected time slot is reserved exclusively for the booking and may no longer be available to other users.
3. Cancellation Policy
Creators may choose one of the following booking types:
Refundable Booking
Users may cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time and receive a refund to their EarnOn.ai eWallet.
Non- Refundable Booking
Bookings marked as Non-Refundable are not eligible for cancellation or refund after confirmation.
The applicable cancellation policy will be displayed before payment and becomes binding once the booking is confirmed.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
- Cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a Refundable Booking.
- Creator cancels the booking.
- Creator fails to attend or deliver the booked service.
- Verified platform or payment processing error.
Approved refunds will generally be credited to the user's EarnOn.ai eWallet.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Non-Refundable Bookings.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
- User no-shows.
- User device, browser, application, or internet connectivity issues.
- Dissatisfaction where no verified policy violation exists.
- Any circumstance outside the reasonable control of EarnOn.ai.
6. eWallet Settlement
Booking payments are deducted immediately upon confirmation.
EarnOn.ai may temporarily hold funds until service completion, dispute resolution, fraud review, or compliance verification.
Creator payouts are released only after successful settlement clearance.
7. Disputes, Fraud & Platform Enforcement
EarnOn.ai reserves the right to investigate disputes, suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or misuse of platform services.
The platform may suspend accounts, withhold payouts, freeze eWallet balances, reverse transactions, deny refunds, or take other enforcement actions where necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
EarnOn.ai acts solely as a technology platform facilitating interactions between users and creators.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnOn.ai shall not be liable for service dissatisfaction, missed sessions, user or creator conduct, technical issues outside its reasonable control, or indirect and consequential losses.
9. Policy Updates
EarnOn.ai may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
Important Notice
By confirming a booking, users acknowledge that creator availability represents reserved time and commercial inventory. Refunds are granted only in accordance with this Policy.
