EarnOn Events — Sponsorship Program Host Terms
Last updated: 01 August 2026
Note on this document: These terms describe a Sponsorship Program — EarnOn pairing a brand sponsor with a host's event. This is drafted as a reasonable extension of the existing EarnOn Events Terms of Service and Payment & Refund Policy, since no sponsorship program has been previously defined for the platform. Confirm or adjust the mechanics below (how sponsors are matched to hosts, what a sponsor provides, and how that's disclosed to guests) before treating this as final.
These Sponsorship Program Host Terms ("Sponsorship Terms") are in addition to the EarnOn Events Terms of Service, and except as explicitly stated, the Terms of Service apply in full to all hosts ("Sponsorship Program Hosts") participating in the Sponsorship Program ("Program"). Any terms here are governed by the indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions in Sections 7, 8, and 9 of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
1. These Sponsorship Program Host Terms
1.1 The Program pairs a sponsor ("Sponsor") with an event hosted by a Sponsorship Program Host on EarnOn Events ("Sponsorship Program Event"). "EarnOn," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bizionic Technologies Midwest INC and our affiliates, including Bizionic Technologies Pvt Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to any host participating in the Program. Participating in the Program means you agree to these Sponsorship Terms. If you're participating on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you don't agree, do not participate in the Program.
1.2 We may modify these Sponsorship Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll publish the current version and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to participate in the Program after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
2. Sponsorship Program Hosts' Responsibilities
2.1 Event Date, Time, and Place. You must host your Sponsorship Program Event on the date, at the time, and at the place listed in your event listing at the time a Sponsor was paired with it. Because a Sponsor's participation is tied to that specific listing, you may not reschedule a Sponsorship Program Event without EarnOn's prior written consent — this is a stricter requirement than the one-reschedule allowance described in our general Payment & Refund Policy, which does not apply to Sponsorship Program Events once a Sponsor has been confirmed.
2.2 Compliance and Sole Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your Sponsorship Program Event and for complying with all applicable laws, permits, and licenses required to host it. You must personally host the event in person; you may not have a third party host it in your place.
2.3 Sponsor Disclosure to Guests. If a Sponsor provides funding, product, or in-kind support for your event, you must clearly disclose the sponsorship to guests on your event listing before they purchase a ticket. Sponsorship benefits (for example, sponsor-provided products or experiences at the event) must be described accurately — misrepresenting what a Sponsor is providing is treated the same as any other misleading listing under our Payment & Refund Policy, and may trigger the buyer refund guarantees described there.
2.4 Non-Circumvention. Other than sponsorships arranged through the Program under these Sponsorship Terms, you agree not to directly or indirectly enter into any arrangement to receive sponsorship, from a Sponsor introduced to you through the Program, for any other event you host on or off the Platform. This obligation survives the termination or expiration of these Sponsorship Terms.
3. EarnOn's Right to Cancel a Sponsorship
3.1 We may cancel the sponsorship of a pending Sponsorship Program Event if, in our reasonable discretion, we determine that:
- You've violated these Sponsorship Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Payment & Refund Policy;
- You've provided inaccurate or fraudulent information about your Sponsorship Program Event;
- You no longer meet the eligibility or quality criteria required for the Program (for example, falling below the host tier required for sponsorship eligibility); or
- We receive credible complaints about your conduct or performance as a host.
When this happens, we'll notify you of the reason for the cancellation. If we cancel a pending sponsorship, you are not entitled to compensation for the cancelled sponsorship — though this does not affect any ticket sales already made for the event itself, which remain governed by the standard escrow and refund terms in our Payment & Refund Policy.
4. Severability
4.1 If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Sponsorship Terms invalid, you and EarnOn agree the court should give effect to the parties' original intent as closely as possible, and the remaining provisions stay in full force.
5. Survival
5.1 Any provision of these Sponsorship Terms that by its nature should survive termination — including Section 2.4 (Non-Circumvention) — will survive.
