These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) define the standards of behavior, interaction, and participation expected from all users on the EarnOn.ai  platform. They exist to foster a safe, respectful, transparent, and trustworthy digital marketplace.

These Guidelines form an integral part of the EarnOn.ai  Terms of Service and apply to all users, including Visitors, Subscribers, Creators, Referrers, Business Users, and any third parties accessing the platform.

By using EarnOn.ai , you agree to follow these Community Guidelines in addition to all other EarnOn.ai  policies.

 

1. Purpose of the Community Guidelines

EarnOn.ai  a people-driven monetization platform. Trust is the foundation of our ecosystem. These Guidelines exist to:

1. Promote respectful and ethical behavior
2. Prevent abuse, exploitation, and harm
3. Support fair creator monetization
4. Protect subscribers from deception or coercion
5. Enable transparent moderation and enforcement
6. Build a sustainable global creator economy

These Guidelines go beyond legality and define what behavior is acceptable within the EarnOn.ai  community, even when certain conduct may be technically lawful.

 

2. Who Must Follow These Guidelines

These Guidelines apply to:

• All creators, agencies, managers, and representatives
• All business and enterprise users

EarnOn.ai  applies a zero-tolerance approach to hate-based conduct.

 

5.3 Exploitation and Manipulation

Prohibited conduct includes:

• False urgency or pressure tactics
• Guilt-based monetization
• Misleading claims about outcomes or benefits

Creators are expected to monetize ethically, not exploit vulnerabilities.

 

5.4 Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Users must not:

• Impersonate individuals or brands
• Create deceptive profiles
• Misrepresent qualifications or identity
• Pretend to be affiliated with EarnOn.ai  staff

 

5.5 Sexual Misconduct and Boundary Violations

EarnOn.ai  does not tolerate:

• Non-consensual sexual content
• Sexual coercion
• Sexualized harassment
• Requests involving illegal or unsafe acts

All sexual or adult content must follow explicit consent, age verification, and disclosure rules.

 

6. Creator Conduct Standards

Creators have additional responsibilities due to their monetization role.

6.1 Professional Responsibility

Creators must:

• Set realistic expectations

6.2 Ethical Monetization

Creators must not:

• Promise guaranteed results
• Mislead users into recurring payments
• Use deceptive marketing tactics
• Punish users for cancellations or refunds

 

6.3 Audience Protection

Creators must take reasonable steps to:

• Prevent harm to subscribers
• Avoid encouraging unsafe behavior
• Avoid promoting illegal or dangerous acts

 

7. Subscriber Responsibilities

Subscribers must:

• Interact respectfully with creators
• Honor creator rules and boundaries
• Avoid harassment, threats, or coercion
• Use content only as permitted

Subscribers must not:

• Demand services outside agreed terms
• Attempt to extort creators
• Redistribute paid content
• Abuse chargebacks or refunds

 

8. Reviews, Ratings, and Feedback

8.1 Honest Use

Reviews and ratings must be:

• Genuine
• Relevant
• Based on actual experiences

 

8.2 Prohibited Review Behavior

Users must not:

• Post fake reviews
• Coordinate review manipulation
• Threaten negative reviews for leverage

EarnOn.ai  may remove reviews that violate these standards.

 

9. Reporting and Community Enforcement

Not all violations result in immediate bans. However, severe or repeated violations will.

 

11. Enforcement Actions

• Account suspension
• Permanent termination
• Wallet or payout restrictions
• Reporting to authorities where required

Actions may apply to individual content or entire accounts.

 

12. Zero-Tolerance Violations

The following typically result in immediate and permanent removal:

• Child sexual exploitation
• Severe fraud or scams
• Violent threats
• Non-consensual sexual content
• Organized harassment or hate campaigns

 

13. Appeals and User Rights

Users may appeal enforcement actions under the EarnOn.ai  Appeals Policy, subject to:

• Eligibility requirements
• Time limits
• Evidence review

Repeated or abusive appeals may be denied.

 

14. No Circumvention

Users may not:

• Create alternate accounts to evade enforcement
• Use others to bypass restrictions
• Attempt to manipulate moderation systems

Circumvention may result in permanent bans.

 

15. Global Community Considerations

EarnOn.ai  serves a global user base. While cultural differences are respected:

• Platform rules apply universally
• Local laws may impose additional obligations
